"Al, Sienna & I would like to say thank you for all you have done for us. Sienna Mae is a joy and we are so blessed to be her parents. We had a great visit with [Sienna's birth mother] and her parents tonight (I guess looking at the time I should say yesterday). It is a little bittersweet as we are ecstatic to be taking Sienna home while [Sienna's birth mother] is going through completely different emotions. She wrote Al & I a nice note and she and her parents also wrote somthing for Sienna when she is older. I was glad that they were able to visit with us and see Sienna before we left.
This has been such a good experience for us all. We have developed such a caring relationship with [Sienna's birth family]. We are planning to get together the week between Christmas and New Year. "It's been 4 weeks since we brought our precious little boy, "Micah Joshua" home. From the moment we saw him, he stole our hearts. In just these few short weeks, he is already smiling and cooing. We believe all babies are a gift from God, but there is clearly something special about our new little boy.
We are so thankful to God not only for Micah, but also for the way our family has been extended by the relationship we have with his birthmother's family. It was such a blessing that we all got to meet and were able share a special moment at the Entrustment Ceremony. That time together has allowed us to form a bond that will last a lifetime. We do keep in touch with the family and plan to spend some time together in the future.
We couldn't end this letter without telling you how wonderful it was to work with you personally. You have been a true delight. From the way you kept us informed through the entire process all the way until we took our son home, you were personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. There aren't many organizations that I have dealt with in the past that have impressed me the way you did.

"I just wanted to give you an update on how we are doing. to put it simply, we are totally in love with Andrew and cannot thank you enough for helping us!
Andrew is seven weeks now and probably weighs close to 14 pounds. He has really filled out and is starting to get a personality. It is so exciting to see him grow and change every day. we go to the doctor again on October 4th. We cannot wait to see his true weight. He just loves to eat.
I have been keeping in contact with [Andrew's birth mother] and have sent her pictures. She knows that he was baptized on August 29th and she heard about his first doctors visit. I asked her if she minded me sending the notes and she of course said she is glad to receive any updates. This is great. She has already been able to answer questions for me about Andrew.
