My Thoughts on Joyce…by Rich

My relentless pursuit for our first date paid off for we have been together ever since. I think Joyce is the friendliest and most approachable person I have ever met. She has a warm disposition that puts anyone’s heart at ease. In her responsibilities as a nurse and a minister, these qualities certainly shine. It’s a regular occurrence to see people pull her aside to tell her what a tremendous blessing she is to them and their loved ones. She is a great support and inspiration to my life. She likes to keep herself physically fit and enjoys going for long walks in our beautiful neighborhood. It is a joy to watch her with children, I see their little faces light up when she comes into the room and watch their excitement as they tell her of their latest adventures. She is the most wonderful wife and I have no doubt that she will be a wonderful mother.

My Thoughts on Rich…by Joyce

Rich is a very kind, gentle, tenderhearted, fun-loving individual. I tell people that if they looked up the word “persistent” in the dictionary his picture would be there. And with that persistence is also patience. Rich is a very hard, conscientious worker. He is a mechanic by trade, but also loves to work in the yard and enjoys doing carpentry projects. He has made many beautiful pieces of furniture that we use in our home. Other hobbies include snow skiing, looking at the constellations, and reading books (history is his favorite). I love watching him with children as he has a knack for including them in the conversation and letting them know he cares. Children love him! (So do I!)
